DRTC is committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe environment for all users.
These Child Safety Standards describe how DRTC prevents abuse, enforces rules,
and responds to reports involving child safety.
Explicit Prohibition of CSAE
DRTC explicitly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
This includes the creation, sharing, requesting, promotion, or facilitation of
child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors.
DRTC has zero tolerance for CSAE.
Who This Applies To
- Minimum age: 13 years old.
- Parental supervision is encouraged for users under 18.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
- Grooming or sexual solicitation of minors.
- Sexualized content involving minors.
- Harassment, threats, or abuse targeting minors.
- Requests for sexual content involving minors.
Detection and Moderation
- User reporting tools.
- Active moderation and review.
- Automated and manual content monitoring.
Enforcement
- Immediate removal of violating content.
- Permanent account suspension for CSAE violations.
- Reports provided to law enforcement when legally required.

Response Process
- We acknowledge and review reports as quickly as possible.
- Urgent child safety reports are prioritized for immediate action.
