You may use username/password login or any supported third-party login method we make available, such as Google sign-in.

You agree not to use DRTC to:

Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, rooms, or data

You retain responsibility for content you send, upload, or otherwise make available in DRTC. You represent that you have the rights needed to share that content and that it does not violate law or these terms.

By using the service, you grant us the limited rights necessary to host, store, process, transmit, and display your content solely for operating, securing, moderating, and improving DRTC.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

We may review reports, moderation logs, flagged content, and related account activity to investigate abuse or safety issues. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, warn, or ban accounts when we believe it is necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms.

6. Service Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of DRTC at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent retention of any content.

7. Privacy

Your use of DRTC is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and store data.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and may delete your account using available account tools. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if we are required to do so by law.

9. Disclaimers

DRTC is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DRTC and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of DRTC after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
